2. Các câu hỏi thường gặp về Morning routine
Do you usually do the same things every morning?
Since I am a habitual person, I will say yes. I always wake up at 6 a.m., eat bread and coffee for breakfast, brush my teeth, then quickly review what we learned the day before in class to make sure I'm fully prepared. I start out at 8am and go to class at 8:30am. However, on weekends, I usually sleep until 9:00 am and then start my day.
Do you think breakfast is important?
Of course. Many studies have shown that this is the most important meal of the day. I believe it gives me the energy I need to get through my day. Furthermore, I think it's important to have a balanced breakfast to make sure I'm getting all the proper nutrients. I can't imagine that I would start the day on an empty stomach.
Did you have the same morning routine at an early age?
Yes! Since I've always been an inquisitive, I'm always motivated to get up earlier than expected to have a balanced breakfast and mentally prepare for the day ahead. However, when I was a child, I loved to eat sweets, so I often eat some cake instead of bread like now.
Do you want to change your daily routine in the future?
I think it's inevitable because I'll be entering the workforce soon. I like to keep my routine organized and prepared, but I hope to get a little more sleep in the future. I want to sleep at least 30 minutes to an hour later and not have to spend a lot of time preparing for my new day. Moreover, I hope to have my own car instead of taking the bus every morning.
